Ted Vaughn

I grew up in the Jacksonville, Florida area and began playing in bands at the age of 13. My first band was the Dyna-Tones and my association with some of the future members of Mouse and The Boys began when I started playing with a band called the Yo-Yos.

This band evolved into another well known Jacksonville band called the Deep Six which was the band from which sprang Mouse and The Boys!

During the '60s and early '70s I was lucky to be able to play in shows with many of Rock & Roll's best known groups including The Rolling Stones, Tommy Roe, The Shangrilas and Dickey Betts.

Beyond my rock experiences I attended the University of North Florida and I am a Quality Assurance Specialist at B.F. Goodrich Aerospace.

My Favorite Music is Jazz and Blues and my hobbies and other interests include cars, photography, reading, stereos and most other high tech gadgets and toys.

I am really looking forward to helping Mouse The Boys & Brass recreate the sound and style that we were know for so that we can have a reunion concert that will be special to us and all of our friends and fans.
